This User Service Agreement ("the Agreement") applies to the relevant products and services ( "the Service") provided by Pharmcube. The Website's rules, policies, and disclaimers are an essential part of this Service Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference. We sincerely recommend that you read the Pharmcube Privacy Policy.

Whether you are an authorized user ( "Authorized User") under a Subscription Agreement signed between Pharmcube or its affiliated companies and organizations or individuals or an anonymous visitor user ("Visitor User"), you can access this Website. In the Agreement, "you" or "your" shall include yourself, your organization, and any organization you represent or represent when using this Website or the Service.

Otherwise, Pharmcube reserves the right to implement control measures, including but not limited to temporarily suspending access to certain or all databases, or directly terminating services. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any amounts paid by the Customer.

2.5.This Website and the Service may contain hyperlinks to other websites or resources. Pharmcube assumes no responsibility for any third-party materials or resources accessed through these links. You should carefully review the terms, conditions and privacy policies of any linked websites, as the content of these texts may differ to varying degrees from our terms.

2.6.Without the prior written permission of Pharmcube, you shall not provide the Service to any third party for use through provision, lending, public sharing, etc., nor shall you rent, sell, or transfer your account to any third party (unless you have been expressly permitted under the Subscription Agreement).

3. Data Security And Personal Information Protection

In order to ensure the security of your use of the Service and continuously improve the quality of service, Pharmcube will record and save information related to your login and use of the Service as appropriate. However, Pharmcube promises not to provide such information to any third party other than affiliated companies of Pharmcube, unless otherwise agreed upon by laws and regulations or between Pharmcube and you.

Pharmcube shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive or consequential losses related to or arising from the Agreement, regardless of how they are caused or whether they are related to a breach of the Agreement or infringement. If Pharmcube must be liable for breach of contract damages to you under the Agreement or subscription agreement, the total compensation for any and all claims by Pharmcube shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by your institution for purchasing the Service during the previous twelve months.

4.4.  If you are unable to access this Website or use the Service due to the following reasons, Pharmcube shall not be liable for damages, including but not limited to: force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, epidemics, government actions, judicial administrative orders, etc; Due to factors of public service such as power supply failures and network failures; Due to large-scale failures of third-party data, storage, computing and other service institutions; System shutdowns and maintenance that announced or notified in advance.

5. Update and Upgrade

5.1. You understand and agree that Pharmcube will regularly or irregularly update or upgrade some or all of the services. Pharmcube can notify you of the content or plans for each update or upgrade through internal announcements or official website announcements, without further notice.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. The headings in the Agreement are for convenience only and shall be ignored in the interpretation of the Agreement.

6.2. If any part of the Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other parts of the Agreement shall continue to be valid and their validity shall not be affected thereby, and you and Pharmcube shall still be bound by it.

6.3. The effectiveness, interpretation, change, implementation and dispute settlement of the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Any dispute arising from the Agreement shall entitle either party to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where Pharmcube is located.
